Five Hacks For Identifying Your Ideal Client

When your business gets busy, it’s easy to say yes to work that isn’t what you’re after.

In order to offer the best possible service, make more money and be happy in what you do, you need to be very clear on who your ideal clients are.

Here are five areas you need to look at in order to figure out who your ideal client is and how best to service them:-

  • What specific problem does my business solve? – If you know this, you know how to target them.

  • Survey your existing client base – Find out more about them to see why things may or may not be working

  • Set-up Google alerts for questions asked in your industry – See what is being asked of your industry. How can you put your spin on it?

  • Revisit your ‘Why’ – What would make a client a good fit for this? Is your way coming across in your output to attract the right people?

  • Look at past experiences – Who have you serviced well before? Who made you happiest? Who was the most profitable?

Without being clear on who you’re servicing, you waste time, money, and happiness. If you need help with your why and your ideal client base, let me know and we’ll have a chat.
